During my recent visit to Norway, I completed the test set by Trolltunga. An 11 hour hike, covering 22km over periods of steep terrain, snow covered plateaus, and icy ledges. ‘What was the reward?’ – Views that are so good you could cry, a daring seat to rest your legs and the unbeatable adrenaline of achieving a dream! A few years ago I saw an image of a boulder suspended above what appeared to be a rather scary and large drop. On top of that boulder was a wild looking woman, who clearly had the spirit of adventure.
